Tobias Weaver
BSc (hons), MArch, ARB, RIBA
Tobias founded the design-led practice in 2020 with over 15 years’ experience in residential architecture, working across a broad range of projects and scales at award winning practices in London and the South Coast.
He believes that a constraint is an opportunity, and will strive to add value through the design process. Continually questioning current ways of thinking, he looks to build on expertise and improve the service delivered to clients.
With extensive experience balancing commercial pressures with design ingenuity, he is always pushing for pragmatic and innovative architecture that improves the built environment. His methodical approach to tasks and attention to detail drive the success of a project at all stages.
When Tobias is not designing he is likely to be seen running circuits of Winchester, or enthusiastically rambling the local golf course – get in touch if you fancy joining him for a round.

Tobias created an attractive design using wood cladding, this meant the extension complemented the brickwork of the existing houses. Tobi was very responsive throughout the design phase and quick to answer any questions, as well as revising plans to match our requests. He also had good ideas for how to improve the layout and living environment such as adding a skylight and appropriate blinds and windows to avoid overheating in summer.
